Customer Support Hours
Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all messages within 1–2 business days. As a small and passionate team, we personally read and respond to every inquiry. We’re not bots—we’re the same creatives and problem-solvers who bring each life-sized model to life. Whether you’re reaching out with a question, a challenge, or an awesome photo of your build on display, we value your message and will give it the attention it deserves.
