Q: How do I put the model together?

Q: Do you sell genuine LEGO® pieces?

We've partnered with an excellent brick supplier to offer genuine, brand new LEGO® pieces for many of our models right here on our website!

To purchase parts directly from us, choose "Bricks + Instructions" from the options before adding the item to your cart. Our stock is limited, so if you have your eye on a model, be sure to pick it up before it is gone!

Q: Do you ship to my country?

We ship to nearly every country around the globe. A full list of countries we ship to can be found on our Shipping Policy.

Q: Will your prices always stay the same?

Unfortunately, as demand for our products grows, the global availability for parts often decreases for many of our most popular models. We work hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible, even going to the lengths of extensive redesigns to keep our prices consistent. Occasionally, though, our prices will need to adjust to keep up with rising demand and limited brick availability.

Please know that we work hard to keep our models as affordable as possible. We are a brand run by fans for fans – our mission is to make awesome, never before seen LEGO® creations available to everyone that we would want to build ourselves.

Q: How do I get my instructions?

When you purchase a Bricks & Instructions product, your brick kit will come with a QR code. Scan the code with a mobile device or tablet to build right from your device!

You can also download the files from your Bricker Builds account, whether purchasing Bricks & Instructions or Instructions Only:

  • Log in to your account (use the email address you provided when checking out).
  • Navigate to your order, then click "Access Digital Content".
  • If you are on a mobile device, be sure to save the file to an app, such as "Files" for iPhone, so you always have access.

If you run into issues or need a limit increase (there is a 5 download limit), reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help you gain access to your files.

Q: How do I purchase parts myself?

For many of our models, we offer an "Instructions Only" option which requires you to source the parts yourself. If you're a beginner to this process, we always recommend purchasing the bricks through us – all of our Bricks & Instructions kits ship with brand new, genuine LEGO® parts, verified for accuracy, sorted into numbered bags, and shipped from a single location with affordable shipping rates and backed by our customer service team.

The process of sourcing bricks through BrickLink sellers can be difficult, but we understand that cost can be a motivating factor to source parts locally, particularly for our international customers with high customs & import fees.
